Today’s weather was really hot. I just can’t help being amazed at how I survived today without using the air conditioner. The itchiness is still not gone. Also, went to see a doctor for my constant coughing and throat aches. Allergies that I have not known about for long time is frustrating me.

Eagerly anticipated new equipments were delivered to me. The notebook carrying Targus backpack and the 320GB Philips External drive. I still can’t be sure if the prices were bargain, after many weeks to find the best deal. Anyway, these new stuff had been needed for a while and I am satisfied to finally have them with me. Migrated all the files into one large hard disk. The drive seems to be too compact or delicate, worry me badly to carry it with excessive care.

Found out about new HBO series “Generation Kill” I suppose it’s about the modern warfare and the struggling young soldiers operating in Iraq. Caught my attention, for it being about military and presented by HBO, like “Band of Brothers.” Hope it’s not too bad.

Whenever I go some place with my parents, they often forget that I am an independent young adult reaching to be thirty. I admit that it’s due to my disinclination to decorate myself more suit to be an adult. However, the most strange aspect is that I actually don’t feel too much bothered by their excessive attention to me. Rather, I unintentionally feel grateful for their limitless love and willingness to nurture me even though I’m already grown. When I was younger, immature, I would feel ashamed but currently not anymore. The relationship between the parents and their children is absolutely special and no accusation to it can be justified so easily.

Seriously considering for rebuilding, or even closing the fxceed.com article scrapping. It’s nothing for the public contribution since no one can reach to it, for anything original or unique. Must re-think about what kind of blog I want to build.

Started using online blogging. Testing the new methods of logging my thoughts, solutions, and information. What was initially recorded in my notebook will be examined and rearranged to be put here. This filtering process can add some value to my writings. Practice

For blogging usage, I began to use Firefox browser. It will be good practice for the transition from IE, and some of the unique features like spell checking is very useful though it’s not perfect.

Better not overburden myself to write so much at once. No blog post can be perfect at first. Gradually polish it to satisfy myself and the readers, when it’s published.

From reading the initial chapters of “Blogging Heroes” so far, I have realized the importance and power of commenting on other blogs. It’s the first and the best way to strengthen my web presence.
